Privacy Policy
OPENFIDEX is the product brand. The software interface is operated by the OpenFidex operating company incorporated in the Kingdom of Eswatini. A specific registered company name, registration number, and office address will be stated here once filed.
Information We Collect
- Email address for account identification.
- Encrypted password for account security.
- Web3 wallet address (public).
- IP addresses of login attempts, device and browser information, and usage data.
- Workspace Notes that you choose to save to your account, limited to 4,000 characters.
- If you use Account Verification: legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, one National ID or passport image, and your sanctions/PEP self-declaration.
How We Use Your Data
- Provide and improve the software interface.
- Maintain your account and send operational notices.
- Analyze usage to improve features.
- Comply with legal requirements.
- Store and synchronize user-authored Workspace Notes. Note content is not analyzed for recommendations, signals, rankings, or personalized trading prompts.
- Check that the Account Verification fields and a valid JPEG or PNG file were submitted. This workflow does not independently confirm identity, document authenticity, sanctions status, or PEP status.
Workspace Notes Retention and Control
- Workspace Notes are stored by Supabase for the account-sync feature and are available only through the authenticated OPENFIDEX interface.
- The lawful basis is performance of the optional account-sync service you request by using Workspace Notes.
- Workspace Notes are retained until you clear them or the account is deleted.
- You may request access, export, correction, or deletion through the privacy support channels described in this policy.
Account Verification Information
- Personal fields are encrypted and the document is stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. OPENFIDEX is the data controller and Supabase is a processor for this workflow.
- After completion, the software displays only Basic information submitted, the completion date, the retention notice, and a Support link.
- Encrypted information and the private document are retained while the account is active and are scheduled for deletion 30 days after account closure. A de-identified lifecycle audit outcome is retained.
- Submitted information cannot be edited directly. Request access, correction, replacement, or deletion through Technical Support.
Privacy Requests
- Email [email protected] or submit a Privacy Request through the OPENFIDEX support center.
- We respond to legitimate access, export, correction, and erasure requests within the period required by applicable law.
Processors
- Google Analytics / Tag Manager and Hotjar for product analytics (when permitted by your browser and our CSP).
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
- Thirdweb for embedded wallet infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.
